Hanna Shibata is a Multidisciplinary Designer and an Art Director specializing in brand communication and print. Worked and studied in Tokyo, NYC, and Boston, now based in Honolulu.
This site was loosely sketched out with paper and pencil, tested out in Codepen, coded with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript using VS Code, hosted on Github Pages, everything stored at Github.

About me
Hi! I’m Hanna Shibata, a Multidisciplinary Designer/Art Director with 10+ years of experience across continents and various fields.
After starting my career as a packaging designer in Tokyo, I expanded my role into branding design as an in-house creative, where I managed relations with internal and external stakeholders, building a creative team from scratch. To pursue my graduate studies at Pratt Institute, I left Tokyo and continued my career as an in-house Designer/Art Director in the United States since 2020.
I’m now taking time to expand my skill set and explore the digital realm of design.
